The extraordinary turbine achieves a power output of an impressive 400 W at 20,000 rpm. The motor diameter is now only 40 mm. The rotor blades are made of patented VANESTAR material, which reduces weight and friction to a minimum.

The FP862, with an 86 mm 8-sided blade, can cut any material in its ‘flexible’ state up to a maximum thickness of 25 mm. The new gear pair now allows up to 1400 rpm.

This is why it is widely used in the textile, technical textile and composite materials sectors. Thanks to its high power it is able to cut fibreglass and carbon fibre in several layers.

The high torque allows even rubbery and plastic-based materials to be cut in carpets and flooring.

The lightweight, small aluminium cutting foot allows straight and curved profiles to be cut with great precision and ease.
